  • You canceled the order within the allowed cancellation window

🕒 Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the issue.

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

 

  • Change of mind after food has been prepared or dispatched.
  • Providing a wrong delivery address or no one being available at delivery.
  • Late delivery due to traffic, bad weather, or other unavoidable delays.
  • Partial consumption of food before reporting an issue

If your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Online Payment)
  • Cash on Delivery orders may be refunded via mobile payment
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 working days

Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns of delivered items. If there is any issue, please contact us with photo proof, and we will resolve it through refund or replacement, as appropriate.
